Terms & Conditions

We offer professional makeup services (bridal, events, editorial, corporate, quinceañeras, and content creation) with an optional mobile service across Medellín and the Aburrá Valley. Each service is tailored to the client's needs and confirmed in advance via WhatsApp or the booking platform.

Appointments are confirmed once the date, service, and (where applicable) a deposit to reserve the slot are agreed. We accept cash, card, Nequi, and Bancolombia transfer. Published prices are indicative and may vary based on the complexity of the service, travel, and season; you will always receive a clear quote before confirming.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you notify us as far in advance as possible. Deposits for high-demand dates (weddings, end-of-year season) may be non-refundable, which will be made clear at the time of booking. We reserve the right to reschedule for reasons of force majeure, always offering an alternative.

All content on this site (text, guides, photographs, and design) is the property of Leidy Vélez and may not be reproduced without permission. Photographs of completed work may be used for portfolio and promotional purposes, always respecting the client's privacy.
